Independent Contractor Positions

Fueled Events may require on-site event assistance for a range of duties, from registration attendants to security to crowd management or janitorial oversight. Check back regularly for updates on positions available, including event dates, pay rates, and detailed requirements. Any team members (full-time, part-time, independent contract, or intern) are all required to have a positive, can-do attitude, treat others with respect, and be timely and professional.

On-Site Event Assistant

On-site event assistants are paid for work on a per-event basis. All event assistants must interview and then shadow two events with a lead planner before being hired for an event assistant position. Upon successful completion, on-site event assistants will be contacted with opportunities to be contracted at least one month before each event. Rates vary based on the event and day-of schedule.
